At Basic of Elements, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Items must have all original tags attached, when applicable.

• You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

• Customers must contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.

Please do not send your return back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery

• Final sale or clearance items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please contact us to check availability. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was incorrect or defective.
